Haven’t posted in a while
As I wanted to give good news. Still waiting..

I’m not religious
Though today I am. After nearly 4 weeks since my dad had his arm amputated he has stayed in hospital. Mainly because it got infected and he needed two more operations to fix it. Though I and the doctors have noticed that his breathing has become more rapid and shallow. They ran tests and took catscan / xray and it showed the lung cancer has Aggressively spread.
The doctors gave him 2-4 weeks with no expectation last this. A priest visited my dad and gave him his last rights. I will see him soon though not soon enough. I am lucky that I will get to say goodbye. Hopefully.
He’s a cheeky bugger who loves a laugh so God will have some laughs.

My dad just got out of surgery. 8 hour surgery.
Update
Further to my last post thanks for all the prayers and well wishes. Dad’s surgery has been going for a few hours so far. Just waiting.
